Archon Gamez endeavors to make all pricing, availability and product information correct. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes in product information, availability and pricing. On the rare occasion that products are not in stock we will contact you by e-mail regarding any delays.
All products that have the “Add to Basket” button are in stock and can be purchased online or instore. Only products that have “pre-order” or “special order” in their title are not currently in stock and have a delay time in their description.
Shipping
Orders are a $10 shipping for standard delivery or $15 for Express delivery shipped by Australia post eParcel which has tracking,
Archon Gamez reserves the right to contact you regarding an additional shipping charge, where the actual shipping amount we pay is exceedingly high.
Customer Shipping Address
Please note that we ship to the “Shipping Information” entered into our website NOT the address entered into PayPal, if the two addresses differ please send us an email with the address you would like the order shipped to. Please do not enter a different address into PayPal expecting it to be the shipping address as it will not be! If you have any doubts at all please email your order ID & shipping address to us.
Shipping – Pre-Orders
Please note that Pre-Orders are sent on the products release date. The whole order is sent together, so any non pre-order items that you want before the release date have to be made as a separate order. If you have already ordered and would like your non pre-order items sent earlier, we require a second shipping payment
Pick up from Store
If you wish to pick up from the store you must complete your order, selecting “Pick up from Store” as your shipping method. Archon Gamez will e-mail you to inform you when your order is ready for collection. We reserve the right to ask to see & copy details of your drivers licence as proof of identity.
Orders will be returned to stock if either payment or collection has not occurred within 7 days of the order being made.
Faulty Items
Please do not send items back without prior authorisation from Archon Gamez.
After contacting us at admin@archongamez.com.au we will inform you of our procedure to fix the issue. Most manufactures will send out replacement missing or damaged components directly to you.
Note: Postage to or from Archon Gamez is at the customers expense.
Returns
We exchange any purchase within 14 days as long as the product is, unopened, in its original undamaged state and is in its original packaging, including plastic shrink wrap. Any returns are at the discretion of Archon Gamez.
If you wish to return an item you must contact us before doing so: admin@archongamez.com.au
Items returned by post need to have postage paid by the customer, items shipped by reply paid post or with collection charges owing will not be accepted.
If you request a full refund as a change of mind and payment is done by PayPal we reserve the right to hold the 50 cent non refundable portion.
Please note refunds for change of mind will not include a shipping refund and is at the discretion of Archon Gamez.
Change of mind returns and cancellations also incur a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
Wrong Address Returns
If Australia Post returns your parcel because the address was wrong or incomplete or you did not pick up your parcel from the Post Office if you were carded (not home and a card was left), then we are charged a $10 fee which we reserve the right to pass on to you. Likewise if you would like the parcel resent we reserve the right to charge you the actual shipping not the flat $10 or $15. You can instead opt for a refund of the products minus the selected postage fee from Australia Post.
Pre Order Items
Items that have “Pre Order” in their title are not in stock yet and allow you to reserve a copy before it arrives to avoid missing out. The Product description will state an estimated arrival time. The product states that it is “in stock” so that it can be ordered, however Pre Order items are not currently in stock.
Special Order Items
Special Order items are not kept in store and allow you to order a wider range of items. The Product description will state an estimated arrival time. The product states that it is “in stock” so that it can be ordered, however Special Order items are not currently in stock.
